I don't think anyone answered this question, and I can't with difinity.  
However,  I believe you will find that its not a big issue as PCMCIA is 
an ISA/IDE interface with a couple of different protocols that can run 
over it.  Therefore, the bigger question is does Linux support access to 
your PC CARDs.  For instance if you are wanting to use a PC CARD format 
sound card, you will have driver problems from what I can tell.

The PC CARD drivers for linux seem to still be in development with 
compatibility being added for different PC CARDS all the time.
