Here's a driver for Proxim.  I got this web address from a Proxim 
employee that seemed pretty clued in- I say this not to indicate 
endorsement from Proxim, but to indicate this is the one he thought of 
first when I asked about a linux driver.  BTW: The Proxim people I've met 
were all really cool.
