RE: Proxim and linux?

I am thrilled that there is a driver for the RangeLan 2, but does anyone
have any experience with the original Rangelan? Its slower than the Rl2, but
I have a few cards that I got for free, and I would love to set them up for
the ThinkPad that I have....

does anyone have any info on them (even something to help me write a driver
for linux..)

I asked Proxim once, but they didn't really seem interested (they are kinda
very old )

Cheers

Worried about Y2K? You should have bought a Macintosh.
(It also costs less, is twice as fast, and makes you more productive.)
