Well, you could have a twiddler in the left hand and an M1 mounted on the wrist of the right hand, and then take a "The Thinker" stance, with your right hand on your forehead and the M1 displaying on your right eye. Until you can buy a MicroOptical, there are not many non-obtrusive options.
