PC/104 Mainboard

I'm starting to look at building my own wearable but the lack of PC/104 modules
on the Australian market is unbelievable.
I have managed to finally track down a distributor and one of their mainboards
is called the TB486. It's an "all in one" deal with video card, I/O
controller, etc. on one board (you can see it at http://www.dge.com.au They
have a pdf for it but it is not on the site. I have a copy if anyone is
interested). It seems like it would be great for wearables but at $1200.00
(AUS) I don't want to buy it just to find out if it's going to work. Has anyone
 tried/heard about one?
