I dunno, but I bought the first one in Albuquerque, I orded it from
Diamond the day it was available.. I love it  Also, it's better to us4e
the LINUX driver with it because you can upload AND download songs (OR
DDATA) from/to your PC/Rio  So it makes a fast 48MB storage device in a
pinch... :)
