they've always called it icwc.

iswc = international symposium wearable computing, which was the conference
i initiated through the ieee computer society.

icwc = international conference wearable computing, which i had
nothing to do with organizing, and no involvement other than being
asked to give the keynote address.

my keynote address, and a copy of the icwc program from last year are still
up on wearcomp.org   see http://wearcomp.org/icwc/index.html

i actually found icwc was much more interesting than iswc (just my opinion
for all it's worth).

icwc brought together a great mix of industry and academics, and was a real
good blast of energy and focus.

in this day and age, wearcomp is a done deal, e.g. it's time to move it
out of the academic closet and into industry.

icwc really speaks to that need.
