I don't believe so. Seems that the hardware that drives the display is built into some kind of big custom chip (or somesuch). The info is somewhere on http://www.wearcam.org (I think). The Faxview uses a Motorola microcontroller (68HC07 I think) to drive the mirror and LEDs. I was hoping that I could find someone with some experience in uC land, as I _think_ (from looking at some diagrams at PED's site) that I could hack together some hardware to drive the thing, if someone could program the microcontroller. Of course, perhaps I should get off my lazy arse and learn to do this myself... On the other hand, one might be able to figure out the meanings of the signals being sent to the HC07 and hook the thing to the good ol' parallel port. :) > So, just display on one of them, and mask the other one. Perhaps I should purchase it... -- Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with subject of "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" toWear-Hard Mailing List Archive (searchable): http://wearables.blu.org
