Ampro CM/P5i Flash and Linux

After I got the serial console affair wrapped up...another arrived...

Has *anyone* been able to boot Linux off the DiskOnChip2000 on the Ampro
CM/P5i? There is a beta driver for Linux to use the Flash as a block
device, but I've not been able to get it working and M-Systems is also
mystified.

Been banging on this for almost a week....

Breaking into computers does not make one a hacker, for the same reasons
that hotwiring cars does not make one a mechanic... paraphr. from ESR
