Hello, I've been lurking for awhile while figuring out how to build my wearable system. I am trying to create a system that is as hidden and unobtrusive as possible, and an worried about my choice of displays. I have heard much about various displays that offer 320x240 or smaller black and white text, but I am looking to do some of the exciting stuff talked about at the MIT wearables sight, such as the "rememberance agent" that does face recognition, GPS, and other cool features. However, I don't see how this is very possible with such limited displays. In addition, these displays are very bulky. My question is this: Does anyone know of a reasonably priced, unobtrusive and hidden, high quality (hopefully color) display that gives a decent picture? I mean, one with which I can view low quality video? or maps? or icons? I know of microopticals and the various others, but I really need one that is actually FOR SALE. Any suggestions?
