Good thinking! I have a thought for a HUD in which the display itself is not head-mounted, and the head-mounted portion is purely optical (non-electronic) and (hopefully) MUCH cheaper. (Production costs of under $100/unit in volume.) What I am still looking for is an optical designer to complete the design work, and a manufacturer to contract the production...... Any help out there? :) > ** Original Subject: Re: Good HMDs - Was: help!!! > ** Original Sender: Tim Miner <> > ** Original Date: Tue, 06 Jul 1999 19:13:27 -0700 > ** Original Message follows... > > Hi everyone. "Solving problems in hours not months." Quality is not a function of time spent, but a function of the effectiveness of the effort. Coming up with the correct answers, in minimum time, costs less in the long run. -- Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with subject of "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" to
