Look out ... I think the M1 might have some competition... If that thing can directly drive a kopin display then think of this. The UCSimm already has display handling built in. It has the capability of text and graphics plus with 10Base it has a fast and potentially long distance connection. Computer with network card | | 10 bt wire | | | | UcSimm running as a vnc client from the computer | | | | 320x200 display $175 + kopin display ($75 last time I heard) + 45 cents of network cable = base HMD VNC clients are already in place for the palmpilot so it should be feasible to compile under uclinux and go for it.
