What I mean is I know the voice used is sampled, and recorded in a few hundred WAV files in the PAK. What I mean is the deep male voice on the announcement system sounds synthetic. Therefore it is reasonable to assume that a speech synthesiser has generated a sample for each word needed, since it would be too slow in real time.
