Hi, I'm new to the list, however thought I might throw my two cents worth in.... There was a device that tracked the location of the iris relative to the corners of the eye, and could also detect pupil dilation. Maybe a combination of that, plus a couple of gyros will give you what you need. Might get a little noisy and heavy.... I did work through a mercury switch like system that could tell the orientation of a persons head, however it failed in G force variable conditions (didn't like the trampoline test.....) -----Original Message----- From: Nicholas Blasgen [mailto:] Sent: Friday, August 06, 1999 4:52 AM To: Johannes Spielmann Cc:
Subject: Re: Mind control Mind Control. I once saw a device that pluged into your COM port and acted as a way to move a skier around a course. As far as I could tell, if I put in a wet piece of paper, I would do just as well as if my finger was in the controler. The controler worked like this as far as I could tell. It was attached to your finger and measured the amount of electrical conduct. You could design something like that I guess. Not very good though.
