Yep.  (I own a pair =)

* Head-tracking (with ms mouse emulation mode, out of
the box) 
* VGA (low res, 16 color, but ...)
* composite input (PAL for me in australia)

I keep mine in a camera bag, as in one for those
lens-on-steroid types.  Just folds up and sits in its
waterproof Orlieb =)

I have used it for 8 hour stretches with no real probs.

Out of interest, how much are they on offer for?  I got
mine for AUD1500.  I actually thought they werent
around anymore?  hmmmmmm.
