Put thick brass wires at regular intervals around the location (walls, 
roofs, doors, floors, etc.) and connect them to zero potential (preferably
by digging down a cable to the groundwater level).

This will also stop outsiders from listening in to any radio emission from
your devices.  Standard procedure for all paranoid units.
