I've never have that problem before. But then again... I've never had a problem before with a parvus. My last one was basicly "plug and use". > Is there a blown fuse on your power board (silly, but it can happen) > If I recal you use a chip in your U8 socket, are the jumpers(j20) set > correctly to handle that? Is the chip in correctly and fully seated? Ok... stupid question: Where does one find the "fuse" on a parvus? <girlish grin> I don't see or know of any on the Scalable I... And the DOC2000 I have in U8 is in correctly and the jumper seems to be set right. I even tried removing the DOC and reseting the jumper just to get the thing to boot hopefully... but nothing. The only thing I can think of that could be wrong... <And please say this isn't the case because the stores are closed right now> Does the Parvus NEED a battery to even boot? The battery that I had installed on J8 is dead. But I figured that it should at least boot without it, right? > Tell me more and perhaps I can help (I am also a scalable I user). > Greg I figure if this doesn't work soon.... I'll just go out and buy try using a Mighty Mite. I've made enough pc's from them... but I'd rather not have to use a board that big. And I like using the parvus PD1, makes life easy. -- Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with subject of "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" to
