I think I know the reasons for this. VGA boards tend to output
320x240 in 640x480 mode (it just quadruples all pixels). At least my
ATI display board does so.

About M1's, how much are they? I heard they've stopped making them.
How cheap can I get'em used? I'm a not-so-wealthy 16 year old person,
and I'm *really* looking for something cheap! (please, *please* let
something appear)

MR 3128.  Omnibus Budget Reconciliation, Fiscal 1986.  Martin, R-Ill.,
motion that the House recede from its disagreement to the Senate
amendment making changes in the bill to reduce fiscal 1986 deficits.
The Senate amendment was an amendment to the House amendment to the
Senate amendment to the House amendment to the Senate amendment to the
bill.  The original Senate amendment was the conference agreement on
the bill.  Agreed to.
