I just (like an hour ago) picked up a P4 private eye off a = buddy/geeky friend for $20!!!!!!!!!!!!! (this is a good deal right) Anyway the jist of it is. It has an ISA controler card and if i plug it = in and hook up the hmd it displaies nothing but garbage. this is on my = celeron 1100MHz desktop system. I fixed this by removing my video card = and just leaving the cga isa controler card. but after the ram check it = says "wrong video type press f1 to continue del to enter setup" if i F1 = past it it goes on like normal. I'm not shure what I change in the bios = to fix this error, but its not so important right now. The important = question is. when win98 loads it says (whal still in dos) "can't find = user.exe" then shuts down the computer! I dont know why, maby somthing = used by my video card???? =20 If someone could help me i would be gratly apricative Ps: will a P4 work in win98? with what resolution? do i need a driver? = where is it found? the reflection web page is all messed up and i cant = find any info about the private eye.
