I would stop by one of your local r/c hobby shops, they can provide you
with all the parts, fuel, info you need, but as several people have
mentioned, these things are INCREDIBLY loud.

Also, heat will be a problem.  These engines are designed to be cooled
by their flying, and using it in a stationary situation is likely to be
detrimental to the engine, not to mention anything in contact with it.
I wouldnt' want to be around when one of these things melted! (at 15k
rpm?  yikes!)

and ditto on the exhaust.   from what I can tell it's mostly fuel.
