Signal converters, was: Re Displays

I have a question regarding formats. I'm looking to buying the i-glasses LC,
cause frankly I'd prefer to see in color rather than monochrome. Is it
possible to get a small converter of some kind that takes VGA input and
turns it to either NTSC or SVHS (or PAL)? Thus, I could have the benefits
of a monitor for my machine without having it be monochrome?
