For my wearable project, I'm utilizing an ISA based LCD card (one of those cards that looks like a standard VGA card from the back of the computer, but has connections for an LCD on the card itself) Anyway, Is there by any chance a solution to make essentially an extension off the ISA bus? I've already run into the fact that after a certain length, I get signal loss from the LCD connector, so.... the next logical step, of course, would be to extend it from the bus. I seem to remember a box a while back that allowed you to do that, but it was made to have extra expansion ports on a baby case.
