I thought the GlassTrons might suck too much current to be of use in a
wearable situation, but upon reading:

they give the following run times with lithium batteries:

	 run time   charge time  
NP-F550: appr. 1H / appr. 4H
NP-F750: appr. 2H / appr. 8H
NP-F950: appr. 3H / appr. 12H

So with a max 3H run time, it looks like they are marginal for most weable
situations, although perhaps judicious use of turning them off when not
needed might help matters.
